Villa chère, mal entretenue et non fonctionnelle — une expérience très décevante pour des vacances.

− Expérience très décevante Nous avons payé 18 000 baht pour cette villa, mais malheureusement, les prestations ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur du prix. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes importants : ❌ Climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement ❌ Télécommande de la clim très ancienne et illisible ❌ Eau chaude ne fonctionne pas ❌ Télévision hors service ❌ Baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas (problème de sécurité) ❌ Piscine sale à notre arrivée ❌ Pas de Wi-Fi disponible ❌ Aucune bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée Lorsque nous avons signalé ces problèmes, on nous a répondu qu’ils allaient envoyer quelqu’un pour vérifier. Cependant, nous sommes en vacances pour seulement 5 jours et nous ne souhaitons pas passer notre séjour à attendre des techniciens ou gérer des travaux dans la villa. Ces vérifications auraient dû être faites avant notre arrivée, surtout pour une villa à ce tarif. Nous n’avons jamais vu cela de notre vie, et pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup. Pour ce prix, nous attendions une villa fonctionnelle, propre et prête à accueillir des vacanciers pas un logement nécessitant des réparations pendant notre séjour. Nous sommes très déçus de cette expérience et ne recommandons pas cette villa dans l’état actuel.

La villa dans l’ensemble est sympathique, les espaces sont fonctionnelles. Un Top dailly à 5min à pied . Le Télé connecté est un plus également

− Très loin de la plage, il est impossible d’y aller à pied, la location d’un scooter est obligatoire pour se déplacer. Piscine mal entretenue, comme la totalité de la villa.( Fenetres coulissntes peintures, joint piscines etc..)Plusieurs coupures d’eau dans la journée, pas d’eau chaude dans une des salles de bains. Très peu de couvert pour le nombre de personne ( 5 fourchettes pour 7). Pas de fourniture de draps nid de serviettes pour la 7eme personne. Ménage fait très rapidement, Villa prête à 18h30 àlors que nous devions l’avoir à 14h.
