Large Townhouse close to Beach♡

Nicely designed spacious town house . Not far away from beach . Use of swimming pool . Very peacefull atmosphere . Good balconies in front and rear .Generally good decorative order .Spacious kitchen / dinner .

− It was bit dusty when we first walked in so we cleaned it generally . Gas hob could not start so somehow we found our that gas was coming from gas tank in small cupboard in the frot of the house and leaver was turned off . Front bedroom door was no closing at all . No locking device for bathroom doors which was very unusual for large family accomodation like this . Half landing bath tub was leaking . Upper bathroom shower door was very dangerous and almost falling off . Room cleaning service was not provided through out our stay for 10 days . Wify only in the louge and nowhere else in the house . There was no water at all for 2 days as may be plumbing problem in front of the house . Paint pilling off at lower sections in kitchen / dinner . Front view to beach was blocked by huge disused rusty tank across the road . Receptionist dont seem to be helpfull in these town houses and prive host laura did not pick up call for any assistent which we tried 2 times . Basically you need to be patient and DIY sort of person to use these town house as you dont expect anyone to come and help you for any assitence that you may need .

Duży dom z basenem w kompleksie apartamentów z jednej strony i domów z drugiej z wewnętrznym patio z basenem. Super pomocny gospodarz -Matt !!! Idealne miejsce na rodzinny chillout, nieco na uboczu za to z niemal pustą plażą, bardzo dobre warunki do pływania w morzu -zatoka.

− Nie zauważyłem takich rzeczy. Chętnie wrócę to z rodziną jeszcze raz.

Un adosado muy bien equipado,moderno,en varias alturas,con salida a la calle y a la piscina comunitaria. Dispone de una terraza solarium con bonitas vistas,una terraza en cada dormitorio y otras dos en la parte inferior,una en la entrada y la otra a la piscina. Tuvimos un problema y nos lo solucionaron muy rápido y muy amablemente. La comunicación tanto con Matt como con Lola fue fácil y fluida.

− La ubicación es algo incómoda al ir con carro de bebé,pero es un paseo no muy largo al centro de Sal Rei. Hacia mucho calor y los ventiladores no eran suficientes y aunque la casa tiene mosquiteras en cada ventana y puerta,la mayoría estaban rotas y no se podían bajarLa piscina tiene el fondo destrozado y resbala mucho tanto la rampa de acceso como las baldosas de alrededor de la misma, tuvimos varias caídas,pero no es culpa del alojamiento.

The property has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location near the beach. The receptionists on site help us sort out taxis, excursions (don't miss going in the desert at sunset) , even a pizza delivery. Only 15 min taxi ride from the airport for 1000 escudos 5min taxi from shops/ 15-20min walk

Second time on Boa Vista and absolutely happy.
