Sehr hübsches Apartment

The lady sent to us at our new property trying to help us and realising the cancellation of property at 10:28 on the morning of travel just as we were walking onto our plane was not a very good one to be in.

− Getting a message at 10:28 on the morning of travel from the UK telling us this accommodation was no longer available due to a blocked sink and hot water issues. Being moved from this Rialto area accommodation to Santa Croce (very close to new buys and train station). Into an accommodation with no washing machine, tumble drier, hair drier, roof terrace. They also failed to notify booking.com of this situation. Luckily we did and were able to find a far nicer property run by an honest and helpful company. I am awaiting a rebate from this Clean BNB company for our tourist tax. This issue ruined the start of our 30th anniversary short break. In new accommodation (apartment from Bruno Hotel in Rialto area) we enjoyed a lovely time knowing we were in a clean, cared for apartment. The one we were moved into in Santa Croce was tired, has worn stained sofas, chipped dressing table edges showing chip board beneath, paint peeling off internal shutters, bulb not working, broken fan.... I never leave reviews but would hate a couple who were not able to sort out the situation themselves, or were old and not as able to use phones etc..to sort out the issue to be treated like this. PICTURES OF THE APPARTMENT WE WERE MOVED INTO BY CLEAN BNB NOT BY BOOKINGS.

Appartement très bien placé, spacieux, calme et joli, avec une belle terrasse au dessus. La petite vidéo envoyée par Whats'app pour avoir les détails des derniers mètres avant de trouver l'immeuble était très utile.

− Pas d'eau chaude, donc douche froide pendant tout le séjour, et évier bouché dès qu'on a dû faire un peu de vaisselle, donc pas possible de manger dans l'appartement. Les problèmes ont étés déclarés à l'hôte (une conciergerie), qui n'a jamais répondu. Cet appartement aurait pu être un 10/10, mais le fait de n'avoir pas d'eau chaude et une cuisine non utilisable, devrait empêcher sa mise en location. L'hôte qui ne répond pas est la cerise sur la gâteau. Nous n'avions même pas envie de rentrer le soir tellement nous avons l'impression que nous avons été abusés.
