8.0Muy espacioso, cerca del centro. Buena ubicación.
− El menaje un poco justito. Y la casa en general un poco antigua, pero bien acogedora.

− Colchón duro, sillas inestables, no cubertería o no hemos sido capaces de encontrarla, ventanas sucias, sofá incomodo... en general no nos ha gustado.

6.0Die Lage ist zentral und Bars sowie Einkaufsmöglich sind in wenig Gehminuten zu erreichen.
− Das Zimmer war dreckig, die Kücheneinrichtung war abgenutzt und ebenfalls dreckig. Kühlechrank sowie Gefrierfach gehören ordentlich gereinigt und desinfiziert.

10.0El apartamento era tal cual en las fotos. Sencillo, funcional, muy limpio y bien ubicado. Fran muy majo. Todo fue estupendo
− No hay nada que no me gustase. Por poner un pero… no tenía ascensor pero es un primero
