Terrible customer service.

Location and restaurant

− 1. Window broken and stuck open allowing cold air into the unit. Very drafty in an old farmhouse like this. Was corrected next day. 2. No temperature control in the room to adjust the heat. After requesting the heat be raised, it came on the first day. They said they keep the heat at 70 degrees. It did not stay warm for most of the time we were there. 3. Asked for another blanket – When it was delivered, a comforter and duvet (not put together) were thrown on the floor outside the door of our unit. Thought this was a little gross since it was not wrapped up. 5. Towels - There were two gray bath towels in the unit and I found out that they have no intention of changing out with additional towels no matter how long you stay at the unit. I messaged more than 6 times for more towels and was told they would not give us additional towels. On day 5, we found 2 white towels thrown on the floor in the hallway the way the comforter was thrown on the hallway floor – Not in plastic, just directly on the floor, gross. 6. The original description lists a kitchenette - no kitchenette in our room. Just a small wooden table with a Keurig on it. Would not have stayed had this information been accurate. Note: The amenities/facilities description has since been edited to remove the kitchenette reference. We do have a printout of the original room description. 7. There is no front desk or staff onsite to assist. Phone message or text through Booking is the only way to communicate. I cannot recommend this place to stay. Maybe for one night, maybe two but not for 5 days. We had to leave a day early and get another place to stay. This could be a nice place if there were more attention and quicker response to questions and concerns.

Charming but uncomfortable for 9 day stay.

there was no breakfast. bottled water only

− 3 flights of steps, thermostat not accessible, slanted roof line, window that would not close. while we were very cold most of our evenings for our 9 day stay, management tried to help. police were called one night for loud arguments going on in other room om our floor.
