Hyvä sijainti, perussiisti asunto, avaimen nouto lähistöltä omatoimisesti, ohjeet selkeät.

− Ovipuhelin ei toiminut, varustelu erittäin niukka (piti heti hakea mm. vessapaperia). Erittäin likaiset ikkunat, ja sisustus lähes askeettinen. Ei tuoleja, astioita eikä pyyhkeitä neljälle. Asunnossa vain eteismatto joka sekin reunoilta rullalla, yöpöydän jalka rikki ja huoneen valaistus heikko. Kaikkiaan tuli tunne ettei asunnossa ole tarkoitus viihtyä.
