The condo had a few essential amenities most do not that made a difference. A lighted mirror in the bathroom, and a safe to keep my valuables. I was able to rent the condo just for one night at an excellent price. The condo owner was gracious and customer service oriented. She was flexible with the check in time and righted issues fairly.

− The staff at Seascape itself were disappointing, particularly for the prices they charge. . The wait staff for the wedding events were great, but the policies and other staff were inflexible and rude at times. Getting a drink at the pretty empty bar was challenging. My friends staying there were unable to get early check-in or late checkout which impacted wedding events. If you book through Seascape, you must stay 2 nights at an outrageous price. I felt very lucky to get a single night at a reasonable rate through booking.com.

Secure parking and friendly resort staff Owners kindly allowed us to check in an hour early and we were grateful for that

− The pool which we had the code to was in the next part of the complex 5 min walk The room wasn’t as clean as I would expect, there was dust on the walls between the bathroom and loo The shower door leaked and this was obviously an ongoing issue as damp present down the side between the bathroom and vanity unit Only 1 pillow had pillow proctors on it the other 3 had none and there were stains on the pillows underneath the pillow case - yuk The mattress under the mattress protector had short black hair on it The kickboard under the vanity unit in the bathroom was scuffed and chipped paint The safe didn’t work and when I text the owner the reply was that they were waiting for the resort to remove it - helpful! The crockery didn’t match and the glasses were a mixture of odd glasses not what I expected from a condo of this cost In the studio part of the room the free standing lamp and the mirror by the bed had dust on the top Underneath the towels for the pool in the closet was an old broken rubber band The ice machine in the garage was disgustingly dirty and I would never of taken ice from there ( I do appreciate this was not the owners fault) The closet paint was chipped and scuffed

The host was very kind, and very easy to contact if we needed anything. The room was nice and spacious, and provided everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The service was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful.
