La ducha, la limpieza y la iluminación.

− El sofá cama no es cómodo. Entra bastante claridad por las ventanas a partir de las 7 am, a pesar de los estores que tienen. No hay bares ni supermercados ni farmacias cerca. La parada de metro más cercana está a 15 minutos andando.

In general the apartment is well equipped. It was clean, all supplies were there, clean towels, bed linen. Metro is convenient to get to the city center. The Wi-Fi works well.

− We were promised weekly light cleaning and one deep clean with a linen change. However, during our two-week stay, we only received one superficial cleaning. My request for the scheduled cleaning was ignored, and the bed linen and towels were never changed. When I asked for an extra roll of toilet paper and trash bags, I was politely refused, as if two rolls were meant to last three people for two weeks. At the same time, I was reminded four times to save electricity. The location is also challenging. It is a 20-minute walk to the metro and 30 minutes to supermarkets - uphill. The area is industrial and not very clean, though it is quiet. The apartment itself is in a basement with almost no soundproofing; you can hear every footstep and water draining from the floor above. The bedroom is separated by a transparent wall and door, which is inconvenient for privacy. While the bed is comfortable, the sofa in the living room is not. There are also no hooks or hangers for coats.
