Ottima posizione, ma con alcune cose da migliorare....

Posizione ottima, in zona del paese molto tranquilla. Appartamento ampio e luminoso, ben ventilato ( con le temperature di questi giorni cosa estremamente importante!!!). Bella vista dal terrazzino. Molto apprezzato il tavolo da ping-pong posto vicino all'ingresso del condominio.

− Abbiamo trovato il tubo flessibile della doccia forato e inutilizzabile: è stato sostituito in breve tempo, ma ciò denota il fatto che non sono stati effettuati i dovuti controlli prima della consegna. Alcuni elementi dell'arredamento sono un po' "datati": le piastre elettriche sono usurate e andrebbero sostituite. Manca la cappa di aspirazione. Da uno dei due divani letto in soggiorno si è improvvisamente staccata una doga di supporto. Alcune dotazioni della cucina non sono delle migliori ( coltelli che non tagliano, piatti a volte sbeccati....). La pressione dell'acqua nell'impianto idraulico è spesso irregolare, con picchi a volte difficilmente gestibili: varrebbe la pena farlo controllare. Peccato, perché la posizione e la disposizione dell'appartamento sono davvero ottime. ...

Sympatyczna kwatera w ładnej okolicy. Widok z balkonu super. Miejsca postojowe przed blokiem bez problemu dostępne, ale byliśmy poza sezonem.

− Wystrój apartamentu ok, ale przydałoby się odświeżenie i np. zmywarka w kuchni.

Posizione dominante nella parte alta del paese, vista bellissima su montagne e vallata dal terrazzo. Alloggio molto spazioso, possibilità di mangiare sul terrazzo. Posto tranquillo.

− I rubinetti non funzionano molto bene. Manca un microonde. Farsi la doccia nella vasca è quasi impossibile perché non c'è protezione, nè anta di vetro nè tenda di plastica, e si allaga tutto fuori.

− The apartment needs good cleaner. And a renovation. Old furniture, kitchen utensils, electronics, dust in the corners.
