Very nice property

Overall very good facilities, layout, location, and friendly staff and neighbours.

Excellent cafe. Freshly made food available. Security guard was very helpful in finding the property keys for us on arrival at night.

− The bathing/toilet facilities were not ideal for handicapped guests. The bathtub was narrow and slippery with no real handholds for safety and balance.

Definately not a resort room,, no service it’s an air bnb that comes with dirty cutlery, a film of oil and skin particle

It was nice enough to stay inside the entire 3 days there..

− Special requests were told couldn’t happen due to being out of town last minute before checkin,, the place looked fine on the outside as soon as we used the cutlery my partner noticed there we still dried food on the cutting knives, being an ex transplant patient we have to be very careful with food and how it’s prepared as she has no immune system ,, this being told to the owner of the property along with it being her 30th birthday, We used a bathbomb as a treat but upon filling the bathtub there was hair, oil and skin residue floating on the surface we’re thinking came from underneath the non slip Matt they had installed,, which we ended up having to empty and run another bath without it in there and after an scrub… The view was bottom floor across the road from a daycare centre,, Had nothing special to look at whatsoever if anything all the neighbours had a view of us as they walked by and gawked on there way to their rooms with a view.. My partner was made to feel uncomfortable in the pool being that she can’t walk very well so all eyes were on her ,, I left her to put the stuff we brought out to have a nice day which I came back to her in tears telling me she couldn’t deal with anxiety of being left there alone and being gawked at the whole time.. I originally specified some real flowers be put In The room as she’s been in and out of hospital ongoing for the last 10yrs due to multitude of health issues including but not limited to, diabetes, multiple organ transplant ( kidney - pancreas) also her 30th birthday. Being that she’s spent majority of her life in four walls i asked if one thing could be arranged which we got a very positive yes ,, which turned to having multiple issues, feeling we didn’t belong in a place I paid $800 for as a local? I really feel it wasn’t worth the money, as we would have been better off spending the weekend back at home at least then we would have had a better view and felt less anxiety..

Nice Pool - good quality furnishing of the apartment

− Arrival procedure not satisfying - only one key for all guests - entrance gate without gatekeeper - dark floors in the building
