Great location!!! Comfortable, clean house. The owner takes you back and forth in private boat -great ride and super flexible and friendly. We would definitely recommend it and go again.

Art Beach House is an absolutely incredible place, a true hidden gem! It's positioned right by the sea, offering breathtaking views, yet perfectly private and secure, which made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. Just a few steps away, there’s a great restaurant and a beach bar, and the water is crystal clear, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing on the beach. The house itself is uniquely designed, blending beautifully with its surroundings, and the interiors are both stylish and comfortable. Our favorite part? Evenings by the outdoor grill, enjoying delicious food with the sound of the waves and the sunset right in front of us, unforgettable! We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic seaside escape.

My wife and son stayed at this summer house for over two weeks. We initially booked for just a week, but we liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay. The exclusive and free boat ride, organized by the owner on a big, comfortable boat from Trogir (where the owner provides free parking), made our arrival super smooth. The location, so close to the sea, is a rare find and a true gem. Ps. And the view from the bed is just amazing

We have been the firtst guests i mn this brand new property. Sooo liked the location, beachfront area, the Shkoy bar and outside space with sofa and barbecue. The peace at night is unmatchable. We have no words to describe this place… and yes, thanks to the owner for the free speed boat transportation. That was such a hint to this trip!
