Telpas ir ļoti tīras, sakoptas un patīkami smaržo. Ir padomāts par visu nepieciešamo gan atpūtai, gan ēdiena pagatavošanai.

− Vienīgais trūkums ir saistīts ar privātuma trūkumu terases zonā, ko radīja intensīvā satiksme tiešā tuvumā. Šī iemesla dēļ nebija iespējams pilnvērtīgi izmantot sauļošanās iespējas.
