− This are the matter: 1.Contact number changed no update inside booking.com 2.Call and text no response 3.Wrong location inside booking.com - have to find out ourself 4.Asking for very high amount of deposit - no remark inside booking.com 5.Incorect wifi Password given 6.Air conditioner all room not cold 7.No TV 8.Check out time at 11am even though we checked-in nearly 4pm due to reason given house are not ready yet. Need to ask for extension of check out time. 9.Very poor in terms of customer service.
