10.0Eine sehr ordentliche Unterkunft, die alles bietet was man benötigt. Alles sehr sauber und die Anbindung durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof perfekt. Preis-Leistung-Top und die Gegend ist auch sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen, wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergibt. Gastgeber waren immer zu erreichen und waren sehr freundlichen. Kann ich jedem empfehlen :)

10.0很喜欢这位房东，也很喜欢房子， 先说房东， 从开始的预定，到规章的提醒，再到提前一天的提醒，及当天的问候，CHECK OUT 前一天的提醒，入住期间善意悄悄把饮用水放门口，我想说问候是恰到好处的，温暖的，但是不打扰的。我非常喜欢和房东的交流， 每次总是很快就回复我，我想我下次还会住他的屋子。 房间很新很新，床铺很暖很干净，让我少有的没有第一天睡不着，几乎是每天睡得天昏地暗和家里一样。 进门就有香薰味道， 门口还有车库， 这对自驾的非常友好， 也是很少有的。地点在赤羽闹中取静。必须100分。

10.0Clean and modern. Provides little things that mean a lot when you need them (chargers, adapters, cables, umbrellas, etc.). If you park your car watch for two steep steps.

9.0Near the Akabane station, new facilities, living room, bathroom and kitchen is spacious, house is clean and owner gave us lots of bottled water and tea and very considerate. I also like the checkout is at 11am
