They need to fix the lift!
8.0The location was fantastic, couldn't ask for better. The place was clean and comfortable, even had that homely feel.
− Lift was not working and hasn't worked for months I was told. Too many people hanging around outside the building. Police knocking on my door (twice) about some incident I wasn't aware of Wifi stopped working during the last week and a bit of my stay

While the place is central, I would not recommend.
3.0There was no breakfast provided
− The elevator is broken and for the period of my stay with my 80 year old mother we had to go up more that 50 steps daily. When i asked about the broken elevator I was told they are not responsible for the elevator and as a guest i should report to the building management company. Considering that I am a guest it shouldn't be my responsibility to report to the building management. There was no recourse or compensation as I did ask about a discount. When other persons were asked about the elevator they also indicated this has not been working for awhile and this was never highlighted during the book process. There was no parking on site and this came at an additional cost which was unexpected and out of budget. The steps and entrance was dirty and strewn with paper from mailboxes.The noise level in nights was especially high on the weekends. The chairs in 322 was flimpsy one was broken when I got there and the bathroom handle was also coming apart. When I requested for them to be fixed the manager said yes and would arrange but never did. We had suitcases and it was extremely hard to get them up and down the stairs. Overall, I would rate this place a 3(poor). If you have children and use strollers I wouldn't recommend.
