10.0The best view and tranquillity ever. really. The house has everything you need to cook at home and enjoy the outside space. Full privacy and 360 degree view is just so beautiful. Sunrise and sunset views. But don't even think of staying without a car. Also be aware of a very steep uphill to reach home, but you can manage it without any troubles.

10.0Vista sul mare pazzesca, un po’ insidiosa da raggiungere ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. La veranda fuori, meravigliosa. Proprietario Vincent veramente disponibile e cordiale.
Aussicht alleine genügt nicht - da gehört einiges erneuert, um sich wohl zu fühlen.
6.0Ich tue mir hier echt schwer beim Bewerten, aber ich möchte ehrlich sein und unseren Aufenthalt, so wie er für uns war, bewerten. Bei Vincent gibt’s nichts auszusetzen. Er ist sehr bemüht, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. In Sachen Lage ist das Positive natürlich die wunderschöne Aussicht - sowohl morgens als auch abends ein Naturschauspiel. Das Positive war, dass, je länger wir in der Unterkunft waren, wir die negativen Dinge weniger beachtet haben und die Aussicht genossen haben…
− Das, was uns am meisten gestört hat, war, dass es relativ dreckig war und wir nicht ohne Schuhe oder Schlapfen im Haus gehen konnten. Die Küchenutensilien sind sehr alt und mussten wir vor dem Benutzen gründlich abwaschen - hier hätten wir uns echt auf Selbstkochen gefreut, haben uns aber alles andere als wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder, die bei der Unterkunft gezeigt werden, sind meiner Meinung nach überarbeitet und entsprechen nicht der Realität - da gehört einiges neu gemacht oder zumindest korrekt „geschminkt“, wenn man schon kein Geld reinstecken möchte… Die schöne Aussicht macht die Lage trotzdem nicht perfekt: die Anfahrt bzw Auffahrt ist absolut nicht ohne. Mir ist jedes Mal als Fahrer leicht übel geworden, weil die Strecke steil, kurvig und holprig ist. Außerdem ist folgende Info extrem wichtig, aber nirgends angegeben: für die Unterkunft ist ein Mietauto notwendig, aber nicht irgendeines, sondern ein Auto mit erhöhter Bodenfreiheit! Bei Regenwetter bzw feuchtem Boden bezweifle ich, dass man da überhaupt hoch kommt. Wenn man einen gewissen Standard beim Wohnen im Urlaub haben möchte, sind meine Frau und ich der Meinung, dass dieser hier einfach nicht gegeben ist. Ist man nicht heikel und sucht das Abenteuer, dann kann man hier auf alle Fälle eine schöne Zeit haben. Ich weiß nicht, wie die anderen tollen Bewertungen zustande gekommen sind, aber nur eine tolle Aussicht und ein netter Vermieter bringen auch nichts, wenn ich mich im Haus nicht (von Anfang an) wohlfühle…

10.0The view is 100% the best there is on Praslin. You won't find anything better. The only downside is that you should not book if you're a seasoned driver as at night, it may be tough to get to the property. You'll basically be driving at 70-80° slopes and gotta know how to drive well enough in hilly areas. But it's a short drive, so it's all worth it with anse lazio only 5 mins away. And so many more things close by. Book immediately if driving is not a problem for you! P.S. - BEST SUNRISE EVERRRR
