After approximately 40 minutes at the house we chose to leave and forfeited our money.

− On arrival the letter box says 27 but the entrance is marked 27B, which caused confusion. Property was very run down and needs a lot of work to justify the rates charged. It says it is pet friendly but the rear yard is not contained. We walked into cobwebs in the lounge room. The fly wire in the lounge room was off and tangled in the 1980’s blinds. Paintwork must have been done by a person who just didn’t care about the result. Everything was tacky to touch. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Location was great for us. Queen sized beds are a must and were very comfortable. Plenty of comfy seating too.

− Bedrooms were cold but electric blankets helped. Power points were tricky to access and work, some seem to be upside down.

Hairs left on bed, not clean. The host stated “two bathrooms ”, however there is a room with just toilet and a room with just shower, feeling cheated. Not recommended for group >2 ppl. You don’t want to queue up for toilet to ruin your morning.
