Da piscina

− Cheguei no hotel e na hora do check-in, na recepção fui informado que não havia reserva nenhuma em meu nome e que o quarto já estava com outros hóspedes....Foi um transtorno terrível de mais de 2 horas de espera pra conseguir resolver tudo, em fim tivemos que ligar pro dono do apartamento e o mesmo não respondia e não atendia , foi uma das piores situações que passamos
