8.0Had a really nice stay at The Crown Hotel, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure I had a wonderful visit. My room was clean, bright, and spacious. After long days exploring Exmoor National Park, the comfortable bed ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. The restaurant dishes up hearty, delicious home-cooked classics using fresh ingredients. Breakfast was equally good, perfectly fuelling my morning adventure. Situated right by the village green and the River Exe, the location is unbeatable for e-biking. It is a charming country gem, and I will definitely be returning.

10.0I stayed with my son in separate rooms for one night only sadly. Lovely old hotel in an excellent village location, great for exploring Exmoor and the coast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, as were the locals in the bar! The rooms were clean and spacious, the facilities very good. The food was superb. I would definitely like to stay here again, for longer hopefully.

9.0The Full English Breakfast was delicious, We did not need any Lunch, The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfy, and handy having a shop next door. Wonderful location.All lovely.
