Disappointing
4.0This was a room in the 1st floor of a private home. It was maintained very well, it was clean. The bathroom was nice.
− While this place was advertised to be a homestay where breakfast was complimentary and lunch / dinner available on request at extra cost, we found that this was not the case. Breakfast was delivered cold or as leftovers for 2 days out of the first 3 days and we decided to have breakfast outside the rest of the days. The host told us dinner wouldn't be available on the first day when we asked him when dinner would be served. We had, on arrival, intimated him of our preference to have our food in the homestay. We had lunch and dinner outside on all days. The description of the property with respect to food, ayurvedic is aspirational than a reflection of reality. A homestay is expected to provide a warm environment unlike a hotel which is rather impersonal. This place resembled a hotel.

10.0I loved the family who hosted me. They went above and beyond to make me and my driver welcome! They really took the time to meet with me properly and we had an awesome conversation 😊
