− The hotel management didn’t even let me stay as they said it was all booked and online bookings are not in their control. They made me wait for 1 hour in the lobby and didn’t turn on the AC even when asked, this caused further damage as I couldn’t find other find any other hotel. Overall it was a crazy experience. The staff were very rude too, and would not recommend to anyone.

1.0− They’ve Cancelled my Booking and asked to pay more and informed ₹2699+taxes/- for 24 hr Room, on the discount she has given me for ₹2500/- by saying with me that she has given me special discount, later I asked her the checkout time, she said after 12 hrs… and I asked her that the checkout will be after 24hrs!!! She ignored and replied that I need to pay the actual price without discount!!! If this the thing with her!! Why does she need to say the price has been discounted??
