4.0The location is good and the staff were nice.
− Lift was not working from the reception had to climb 1 floor. The room was not commensurate with that of a standard 4 star lusury hotel. Nothing in the room was working - from kettle to the TV. Even there were no tissues. The housekeeping staff was naive and not trained.
