The house is beautiful, instructions for local businesses and houserules were there, toiletries, towels, coffee, tea, etc. were there. Could tell there was definitely thought put into it.

− The neighborhood is really sketchy. It's the only nice house on several blocks around it. We were pretty apprehensive driving in there, but when we saw the house we were relieved. Definitely made sure to lock all house and car doors.
