− 1 - WASHER/DYER USELESS Don’t rent if you think you can catch up on washing your clothes. Tiny washer dryer combo does neither. Took 24 hrs to dry a tiny load. Advertised as a family unit, don’t do laundry, what one child wears in a day would take two days for that unit to wash and dry. 2 - NO AIR CONDITIONING All windows face south, entire unit heats up all day. At night never cools down with provided ….Fans…?!?!?! All windows only open 3 inches. Unbearably hot all night. 3 -LOUD During Day there are street performers playing music people yelling and clapping… so windows must be closed or you can’t hear yourself. 4- POOR RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT Texting and Emailing Sabine (manager) and Booking. Com, response was over 24 hrs. and told to hang dry clothes… Hang dry!! ? 5 - CAN ONLY DRIVE TO UNIT 5pm-9am Street closes all traffic. Must roll bags up Hill from mall parking garage.

Amazing location

− The host’s communication was poor, confusing and at times repetitive. The sofa in the living room very uncomfortable. There was no place for my elderly parents to sit down as the sofa was far too low and the stools were far too high.
