The hosts are very helpful and try to solve problems that arise quickly. We received sweet cake when we arrived and there was a coke, Fanta, beer, water, cheese and chorizo in the fridge for us. Later they brought us a bottle of their wine. Nice view from the balcony.

− The hosts speak Italian only. We had to use Google translator to arrange everything and there was a lot to arrange. The biggest problem of this apartment is neglected maintenance - hosts started to repair things after our notice (rusty chairs that had to be replaced, clogged drain in the shower etc.). Photos of the apartment and garden are not up to date and the reality is a bit different - every steel construction in the garden is rusty, grill is broken and useless, the garden looks like storage of old and no longer used items (photos attached). The sunbeds are dirty and mouldy, plastic chairs and tables degraded by sunlight etc. The kitchen is equipped with old worn pots, no sharp smooth knife, we had to ask for wine glasses... Some electric sockets in the wall are loose and not safe. Additionally, we were told that the tap water is not good for drinking. Maybe we just had a bad luck but the sea was green when we stayed here and could not swim in it - everybody was just sitting on the beach.

Ubytovanie sa nachádza pár metrov od pláže. Odporúčame toto miesto pre oddych , cítili sme sa veľmi príjemne. Majitelia boli veľmi milý,ochotní a príjemný ľudia,ktorý nás privítali ako doma.

− Parkplatz Situation mit grossem Auto etwas kompliziert, ansonsten sehr gut zu Fuss innert 5min beim Parkplatz

Die Lage der Wohnung toll, super Aussicht von die Terrasse, zum Strand nur wenige Minuten. Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet und in der Küche alles vorhanden (Gewürze, Öl, Essig etc.)

− Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, im September kein Problem, konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Störend war über das Wochenende die laute Musik bis Mitternacht.

Globalement satisfait pour des vacanciers de septembre.

La situation dans un quartier résidentiel. La proximité immédiate à la plage. L’appartement en hauteur. Une place de parking attribuée. La grande terrasse sans aucun vis à vis. La vue sur la pinède et la mer à 180 degrés. La gentillesse et l’accueil du propriétaire. Les gâteaux, le café, le linge, les produits mis à disposition. Le micro-ondes, la wifi, la machine à café expresso.

− - l’adresse est incomplète il faut comprendre que Villa Marina est un ensemble de villas dans un quartier qui se nomme « Platamona » cela doit être rajouté pour trouver sur le GPS. - en septembre la piscine était fermée en semaine. - l’absence de climatisation et de ventilateur nous avons eu très chaud durant 3 jours. - la musique durant le week-end venant des hauts parleurs de la piscine de 10h à 20h et aussi du voisinage immédiat jusqu’à minuit. - la qualité du matériel de cuisine : poêle à reformer, pas de verre à vin (à pied), …

Posizione ottima, di fronte a grande spiaggia libera. Proprietari molto accoglienti. Ottimo fuori stagione per chi vuole riposare.

− Manca aria condizionata o ventilatori, sia per il caldo che per coprire i rumori di alcuni locali vicini di sera/notte.
