Es war alles so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und gar nicht weit zur Xantener Innenstadt.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr naturnah und ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist alles in kurzer Zeit wunderbar zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad noch besser.

Kleines rotes Haus mit sehr viel Platz und großem Garten

Es gab eine Sitzplatzecke unter einem Baum im großen Garten, die morgens ideal zum Kaffee- oder Teetrinken war. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines, aber sehr geräumiges Haus, das auch für mehrere Leute geeignet ist, und hat zwei getrennte Nasszellen, die eine mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die Innenstadt war in Laufnähe, ideal für kleinere Einkäufe, Restaurant- und Cafébesuche. Eigentlich war alles in Laufnähe, auch der Römerpark. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.

− Auf den Bildern sieht man noch nicht, dass das Ferienhaus rot gestrichen ist.
