7.0La situación no es mala. Se aparca fácilmente en la zona.
− En verano hace bastante calor en el apartamento, y únicamente dispone de un ventilador en el salón. Las camas son muy pequeñas, de otra época. Fuerte olor a tabaco. La limpieza del baño podría ser mejor.
