Very little Located close to city centre . New electric kettle .

− On arrival I was confronted by an irate woman who told me I was speaking too loudly and that I should be quieter . She then told me to wait on the landing and closed the door in my face . Not the welcome I anticipated not appreciated . Eventually a younger woman appeared who seemed more amenable but who also told me to be quiet and she took me to the room . It gets worse from now on . The room had no natural light so strip lighting was needed at all times . The shower : no hot water The washbasin no hot water - indeed no washbasin. No toilet paper No soap although there was shower gel Some water persisted in the shower throughout my stay . The bed was uncomfortable and consisted of 3 mattresses one on top of the other . I could go on ............ Having read some of the other reviews of this place it seems that any suggestions made in ori to improve things in this establishment have been totally ignored. This tells me the proprietors do not understand the needs and expectations of their clients .

The climate was good 👍 , The room was Good, Heating system was Good, Toiletries was nice.

− They was no word drops to put my clothes , word drops was dirty from previous person , their was no Wash hand basic to brush my teeth and wash my face. They was no internet to communicate with the work place, my business , my family and friends.

The property is reasonably close to the price is cheap

− The flat isn’t a flat at all but a shop store room with a work surface and sink in one corner hence the bars on the windows as mentioned by another guest. There are no curtains in the windows at the property and there are two large windows overlooking the bed, these are filled with opaque glass as is the entrance door. You can clearly see people walking passed in the hallway outside and they can see you too. Additionally, you are constantly being disturbed by the switching of lights on and off. As with another guest I was lectured by the host about keeping the place clean but the property was never given to me in a clean state to begin with. I saw a cockroach and there was also a proliferation of small ants throughout. In the event of a fire too you’d have no means of escape.I would strongly recommend that other potential guests avoid this place.

Good value and location with friendly host. If you are on a budget, this would be an ideal accommodation.
