-Las dos terrazas que tiene permiten unas vistas preciosas de Jerica y alrededores -La ubicación y tranquilidad están muy bien -Buena comunicación con Baltasar el casero -Fácil aparcamiento -Fácil chek-in y chek-out -Tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días

− A mejorar: -Actualizar las camas y menaje de cocina -Limpieza de la cocina en general (hay grasa en utensilios y superficies) -En la cama baja de la litera nos apareció un bichito que luego el niño no quiso estar ahí -Los colchones de las camas de la habitación del fondo se hunden, son espumas
