1.0cleaning staff were good
− The toilet is sticky and physically shakes when used, shower door is broken, and the drain is blocked and leaking water onto the floor. Furthermore, the property description promised a stove, but the one provided is completely broken.

9.0The room was nice and cozy, with well-managed bathroom. Air conditioner worked perfectly, we had enough dishes to cook by ourselves. The staff is very friendly and professional - especially Madonna. The terrace upstairs is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink.
− The stove has only one section - not enough. Also, sometimes it disconnects. Too much ice in the frigde. Air conditioning in bathroom wasn't sufficient. But overall, it's all minor and doesn't affect on pur enjoyment of being in this place ;)
