− It’s only for couple , the day of checking in , they have given our 4 rooms to other and asking for double money for room. Staff has mentioned that they only provide room for couple for pleasure , they don’t entertained family

There's a continuous water leakage from the bathroom tap, and despite booking an AC room, the AC doesn't work properly, and the staff is uncooperative. The rooms provided through this platform are the worst, and the staff doesn't offer any help
