9.0This unit is lovely and in a great spot. Would definitely stay here again.
− When we arrived the swipe card didn't work on our room and we couldn't gain access. We had to wait over half an hour for someone to come and give us a new card and we were quite hot and tired. Some more instructions on using some of the appliances and facilities would have been handy.
