Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Großartiges, herrlich modernes Ferienhaus. Enorm komfortabel und smart eingerichtet. Bis auf die üblichen Gebrauchsspuren durch Feriengäste alles sehr sauber, angenehmer Geruch in den Wohnbereichen. Im fest umzäunten kleinen Garten können sich bei offener Glasfront auch Kinder und Hunde ohne Bedenken frei bewegen. Der separate Eingang mit Abpülmöglickeit für sandige Füße & Wetsuits und als großer Abstellraum für Dachbox, SUP, Surfbretter ist genial. Das große vierte Schlafzimmer liegt an der ruhigen Trethellan Hill, hier hört man bei offenen Fenstern in der Dämmerung nur die Möwen 😉

− In den drei Schlafzimmern Richtung Garten hört man bei offenen Fenstern die bewegte Gannel Road recht gut. Wir waren in einer ungewöhnlich heißen Woche im Juli 2026 da - ohne Klimaanlage bzw. Jalousien heizt sich das Haus dann stark auf.

Large house in a quiet neighbourhood, great location - within walking distance to Newquay town centre and Fistral beach. The house is beautifully designed & furnished to a high standard. There is a garden with huge bifold doors that open up onto a large decking area. There is a gas bbq which we used twice. The rooms are spacious & clean, with comfy beds and towels are provided. There is a stunning kitchen/dining space - all open plan and great for socialising. Lots of storage, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and other beach items like body boards are provided. There were 7 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There is nothing the owner hasn’t thought of! Cannot wait to return :)

Lovely property in a great location, but needing maintenance.

Great size and contemporary style suited us. The steam shower and sauna were both very nice, as was the well equipped kitchen and dining room.

− The driveway to the front of the property is very poor, being made up of small pebbles. Very uneven and difficult to walk on. The front door was faulty/sticking and could only be closed from the outside using the door key and slamming shut. The rear outside space was not cleaned and very tatty, with rusty lamps and fittings and torn weather covers. Similar to the front door, the rear bifold door locking mechanism was also faulty. The kitchen was very nicely fitted out and had great quality appliances. However, a coffeemaker would have been a great addition…😁
