− Scammer... Bilik yang dijanjikan pd hari check-in diberitahu mempunyai masalah penyaman udara & diminta untuk cancel booking & pada waktu yg sama pihak pengurusan mengatakan bilik lain disediakan dgn harga hampir sekali ganda naik..

− First of all, the host gave me a different unit than the one I had booked. They told me the original unit was already full. I accepted it as long as it was in the same area, so I didn’t make an issue out of it.However, during check-in they provided me with the wrong password at postbox for the access card, which caused me to wait for some time until the host finally contacted me backOn the first day everything seemed fine. But on the second day, an unknown worker suddenly tried to enter the house using a key. At that time, my father was alone inside, and this frightened him a lot since he is an elderly man. This means that someone else had a spare key, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe.This is a airbnb not a hotel After my stay ended, I returned everything properly, including the key. However, the deposit refund took three to four days, and only after I kept contacting them repeatedly.The unit itself was okay, but the management was terrible careless, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I would not recommend staying here until they seriously improve their management. I have travelled alot and stayed many types of airbnbs and hotel etc… never have i seem a management this poor , whatsapp dont wanna reply call not pickup on time not keeping up with their words
