Apartamento com boas condições.
9.0O apartamento tinha boas condições e estava limpo. Estava também bem localizado.
− Infelizmente a abertura do cofre ficou condicionada pela presença de veículos estacionados no lugar que dificultou muito o acesso ao cofre. Além disto foi necessário o uso da caixa dos primeiros socorros e esta estava muito desfalcada do essencial.
