7.0Communication with host fast and good. Problems solved fast. Location is top. Everything in walking distance. Size of apartment good for a couple. Set of door keys provided, which is not very common anymore.
− A bit dated. Could need some maintenance here or there. Cleaning after previous guests should be more thorough. Previous guests did smoke indoor! Please enforce non-smoking policy by some additional features like smoke detectors..

5.0Die Wohnung ist schön. Der Vermieter muss nur daraus etwas machen.
− Leider muss ich mehrere schwerwiegende Mängel und Sicherheitsprobleme in der Unterkunft schildern, die seit längerer Zeit bestehen oder erst kürzlich aufgetreten sind. Eine zeitnahe Behebung ist dringend erforderlich. Allgemeine Sicherheits- und Zustandsprobleme: Stühle wackeln und bilden eine Unfallgefahr; hoher Wasserdruck am Küchenhahn; Gefahr durch Spritzwasser. Bad: Schimmel an den Fliesen der Dusche; verstopfter Abfluss (Haare der Vormieter). Technische/haushaltliche Mängel: Geschirrspüler mit zwei gebrochenen Türscharnieren; Deckel fällt beim Öffnen auf den Boden. Salz und Klarspüler fehlen, obwohl der Spüler dies meldet. Geschirr und Ausstattung: Geschirr insgesamt reduziert und teilweise beschädigt (Teller). Pfanne dringend austauschen; nur drei kleine Töpfe vorhanden; Nudelsieb unpassend groß. Kehr- und Putzmaterialien fehlen (Besen, Kehrschaufel, Eimer, Bodenwischtuch). Reinigung: Wohnung insgesamt unzureichend gereinigt; Staub hinter dem Schlafsofa; Staub an Heizkörpern und Innenjalousien. Schlafbereich: Schlafsofa nur für eine Person geeignet; hintere Seite unzureichend gepolstert. Historischer Kontext: Problem ist seit 2024 auf Booking.com vermerkt; bisher keine Behebung durch Vermieter. Fazit: Der Zustand stellt eine erhebliche Beeinträchtigung der Sicherheit und des Komforts dar. Eine zeitnahe Prüfung, Behebung der Mängel und bessere Ausstattung sind dringend erforderlich.
