Wonderful if hot water works

It’s beautifully decorated and extremely well located and very stylish - finished to a very high spec.

− There was no hot water which mid heatwave and because we were staying 2 nights for a family celebration and dressing up for a birthday was frustrating. By the time this was fixed in the afternoon we had already had to leave for the event and it wasn’t easy to get a response. The WiFi was intermittent and couldn’t send a work email. For such a high end property this was disappointing and post our stay have asked for a discount to reflect this and has no communication at all.

It was elegant, felt very luxurious an absolute gem of a place to stay in Harrogate.

Wow! The location was just perfect, a short stroll into town across the green space. The place its self has so much attention to detail, style, quality and spotlessly clean, what a gem of a property! Lovely touches like the quality toiletries, and complimentary staples of bread & tea, coffee was so thoughtful. Also the communication was friendly, open, second to none actually! Felt extremely welcomed. Will definitely return!

What a delightful property to stay in, pristinely clean with a touch of opulence and class. We loved the techie light switches and couldn’t help but use them with a (very bad)Yorkshire accent ‘ay -up’ for light on and ‘ta-ra’ for lights off 🤭

− There was nothing we didn’t like. If we were to stay in the summer it would be good to have an outside seating option.
