9.0Nos encanto el apartamento,para 3 personas estaba bastante comodo y con todas las cosas y utensilios de cocina para poder pasar unos dias. Cama comida, aire acondicionado. TV. Facil de localizar y las llaves con el codigo de seguridad una maravilla. La atencion del personas fue super amable, llegamos antes y pudieron ofrecernos entrar a las 11 sin problema siempre atentos y disponibles para cualquier duda. Volveremos sin duda!
− Quizás y siendo lo único que no nos agradó fue el olor del baño a humedad. Por lo demás! ¡Genial todo!

6.0Located in a nice and quiet area, with lots of restaurants, shops, coffee shops. Metro station near by, from where we could easily reach the city center. Easy self check in. Apartment and building looked very nice.
− Cleanliness-apartment was not clean. We informed property about hair found in the kitchen sink, bread crumbs on the carpet and table, muddy footstep in the bedroom - with pictures as proof. They did not take any action. Only Booking customer support was kind enough to respond and assist us by contacting the property, however they have not cleaned it. Not responsive property - replied with big delay and phone number was not accesibile in the evening. Not supportive in solving issue.

9.0La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del Metro. El apartamento esta en óptimas condiciones y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. La comunicación con el host fue excelente.
− El proceso de ingreso. Para quienes llegamos en viajes largos de otros países, la tecnología, los términos y el stress de la llegada hacen del ingreso un pequeño desafío que se puede mejorar.
