It was spacious, clean and the furnishings were comfortable. Location was near a bus stop, supermarket, petrol station and a mini mart that was open on Sundays too. Around 15/20 minute drive from Recklinghausen station.

− The only thing was a smell when we used the shower but the contact persons were very understanding - if it wasn’t for this, I would’ve given this place a 10/10.

The apartment is spacious, with four bedrooms, and appears to be newly renovated and fully equipped. It is located in a convenient neighborhood, with a supermarket just a stone’s throw away. It was also very convenient for us, as it is about a 20-minute drive to the Movie Park.

− Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues that significantly affected our experience. 1. In one of the bedrooms, there is a door directly facing the bed with no blackout solution at all (no curtains or blinds). Light from outside shines straight onto the bed, which makes it very difficult to sleep. 2. The bathroom had a drainage issue. The shower drain was partially clogged, and there is a large gap between the shower door and the floor, while the rest of the bathroom has no drain, water easily overflowed and spread across the floor. 3. There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom (no shampoo or shower gel). Fortunately, there is a supermarket nearby, so we were able to buy some ourselves. 4. The tea box in the kitchen was empty. 5. Several ceiling spotlights in the apartment were not functioning. 6. Although the apartment is supposed to have a dedicated parking space, it was not marked in any way. Sometimes when we returned, the spot was occupied by other cars, and we had to park a block from the property. These are not major issues, but addressing them promptly would significantly improve the experience for all guests.

That's one of the best apartments where our friends had and opportunity to spend time! Bedrooms were fabulous, it looked exactly like on photos. Very spacious and comfortable. Large and cozy living room, spotless bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The place is definitely worth its price. Particulary deserving of praise are the hosts - Alex and Manfrend. They were very kind and always very responsive and eager to help in various situations. If something went wrong, Alex was the person who react very quickly We very appreciate Alex and Manfred help and generosity 🙏😊

− Everything is perfect, the only thing worth to mention realtes to the kitchen. As it's showed on the photos - induction plate contains only two places for cooking. It's not a big issue at all, but little bit problematic within bigger group.
