10.0Перебувала у цьому готелі з мамою 2 доби і ми обоє залишились задоволеними. Надалі буду ділитись саме своїми враженнями. Отже, почну із персоналу. Мала змогу поспілкуватись із трьома адміністраторками – Каріною (неймовірно вдячна їй за всю турботу, організацію, швидкі відповіді на мої численні питання і принесену ввечері їжу), Любою (мало спілкувались, це був другий день перебування), Іриною (познайомились у день виселення, також ввічлива, приємна у спілкуванні). Мені імпонує, що за проханням в номер приносять праску і прасувальну дошку, як і ввечері сніданок у ланчбоксі, якщо клієнт/ка не встигає на сніданок (цим ми скористались). Щодо номера, то фото відповідають дійсності, він доволі просторий, все вказане в описі також було присутнє. Прикольно те, що ми могли самі ввімкнути чи вимкнути кондиціонер, але також це можна робити через адміністраторку. У номері ми не чули шум від інших людей чи галасу на дорозі, тому ми спокійно відпочивали і міцно спали. До речі, заварювали чай і каву завдяки чайнику і користувались запропонованими гігієнічними засобами (шапочкою для душу, мама користувалась зубною пастою і щіткою, ватними паличками, ще порадувала пилочка для нігтів, а ватний диск і гребінець для волосся не знадобились). Не стану перечисляти все наявне в номері, але мені подобається продуманість і турбота про клієнтів настільки, що навіть для взуття були щітки й інші засоби. Також щодня прибиральниці виносили сміття, тому ми повертались у чистий й охайний номер із свіжою водою. Мені сподобалось, що, окрім готельного номера, ми мали безкоштовну годину щодня в спа (загалом у нас вийшло майже 2 години насолоди за ці 2 доби), а також знижку 10% у ресторані, тому ми мали змогу приємно і весело провести час у джакузі і басейні (сауну не відвідували, хоч і можна було), а також смачно поїсти. Тому це дуже зручно, що готель співпрацює з цими закладами і нам, клієнткам, є приємні знижки і можливість не їздити по місту в пошуках де відпочити і поїсти.
− Не скажу, що це недоліки, а радше нюанси, які можна було би покращити: - на щастя, я двічі снідала, беручи їжу за своїм вподобанням із шведського столу, а от мама одного разу отримала сніданок у ланчбоксі ввечері із столовими приборами і серветками, бо потрібно було дуже рано їхати по справах, ми були приємно здивовані, що так багато всього входить у цей ланчбокс (як-то кажуть, на будь-який смак), проте не було змоги обрати що саме входить у цей сніданок, тому вийшло так, що мама, хоч і наїлась, адже він був величезним, але чимало залишилось їжі, яку мама не їсть, тому було би краще, якби давали клієнту/ці на вибір елементи сніданку (хтось любить сирнички, а хтось і котлетку з'їсти не проти), тому не довелось би потім думати куди діти нез'їдену їжу; - додаткові вішачки у ванну кімнату, адже нам було малувато того лінійного тримача, на якому лише 1 великий рушник вміщається і збоку можна було повішати халат, адже рушники спадали і доводилось добряче погратись, аби вони все-таки висіли.
Мені сподобалось, смачно, чисто. Мені все сподобалось.

10.0Зупинялись в готелі , сказати що сподобалось , це не сказати нічого , номер зручний, чистий , все продумано до деталей, навіть передбачення яке потрібно стерти монеткою ) у спа не було вільного часу , але адміністратор , запропонувала після робочого часу вже , за що дуже вдячні) дуже привітна дівчинка адміністратор ,за все хвилюється , все розповість і порадить ) сніданок дуже смачний і різноманітний) ми дуже приємно здивовані і задоволені цим готелем !
