10.0Our room was flooded. They alerted us and re-directed us to a nearby hotel in an outstanding room and offered us dinner to apologise for the inconvenience. VERY friendly and customer oriented staff. I also liked their approach to serve dinner at long tables that you share with other hotel guests. Dinner was excellent!

1.0− J'avais réservé ma chambre d'hôtel il y a 6mois! Apprendre le jour J que ma chambre n'est pas disponible et me faire dormir dans un hôtel de remplacement lors de mon arrivée à 21h est vraiment plus que limite. Il aurait été plus correct de me prévenir en avance. Quand on réserve un hôtel on achète la tranquillité. Une remise ou autre aurait été le minimum.
