Quiet location, nice views good parking and pool facilities.

Traumhafte Lage mit Meerblick. Das Gebäude ist neu und modern gestaltet, gepflegte Grünanlagen. Es gibt einen Infinity-Pool, der den Eindruck erweckt, ins Meer überzugehen. Es war alles sehr sauber und vor allem das Bad ist sehr gut, mit großzügiger, barrierefreier Dusche. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und zwei Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon.

− Durch die ungeschützte Höhenlage war es sehr windig und kühl für Ende Juli, vor allem im Poolbereich und auf dem Balkon. Im tiefer liegenden, älteren Resort-Bereich war es deutlich windgeschützter und wärmer. Sehr schade, dass es überhaupt keine Möbel auf dem Balkon gibt, wir mussten die unbequemen Esstisch-Stühle mit nach draußen nehmen. Es gibt nur eine Steckdose in der Küche, sodass man zwischen der Verwendung von Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher jedes Mal umstecken muss. Das Kochfeld ist unpraktisch ausgerichtet (großes Kochfeld hinten und kleines vorne, sodass man schlimmstenfalls am kleinen heißen Topf vorbei in der Pfanne rührt). Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist sehr modern, aber unpraktisch, da sich die Temperatur nur schwer regeln lässt. Insgesamt war durch die ungünstige Küchenausstattung die Selbstversorgung stark beeinträchtigt.

The apartment is located in a quiet area 5-7 minutes by car from the nearest beaches. The host was beneficial; she was in touch during the entire time of our stay. They accept PETS! We were travelling with our dog. There are fields right next to the complex, so you can walk your dog there OR inside the complex, it's quite a lot of grass spots, but just make sure you clean up after your dog. Oh, and that's a lot of cats going around the complex and living there. This is a new private complex next to an already well-known private secure complex. There are some restaurants and a small shop inside the complex, so that you can grab some food if you arrive late or buy smth for breakfast. Otherwise, I would recommend visiting food supermarkets, which are about 7 mins by car (Janet and Lidl) The good thing is complex does not have full placement of visitors now, so it's super quiet. The parking space is available at the place, so you don't need to worry about where to park your car if that's your way to travel. There is a swimming pool in both complexes you can attend, but we tried just once, the one we had next to our apartment - it's less crowded and cleaner. Otherwise, we came to soak on the beach by the sea, so the swimming pool wasn't the most important thing for us. The apartment is quite big, enough for a family of 3-4 people, with a separate bedroom for parents ;) There is a quite big balcony there, but no furniture to sit there in the evening and watch the plane fly above you. Yeah, that's a lot of planes flying there, but it doesn't add any noise. The air conditioning is in each room. The bathroom is big, but the water spills around, because the shower part is a bit smaller than needed, which is not an issue - there are 2 mops, so you can quickly get the water out of the floor. The kitchen is equipped, but it has just 1 pan for boiling and 1 for frying, which wasn't convenient.

− The kitchen could be staffed with a greater variety of pans and caps for them, as it's quite difficult to fry the meat without the cap on top of the pan. Also, the area where all the kitchen equipment is placed has only 1 electrical socket. So, even though the kitchen is equipped great and you have a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a toaster, you can only use one of them at a time, cause you have nowhere to plug them. So, having some extension for an electrical socket to plug more than 1 device at a time would be beneficial. Oh, and maybe a hair dryer also will be a huge plus. I missed that there is no hair dryer in the bathroom and struggled the entire stay with no ability to dry my hair after the beach or shower. Not smth critical, for sure! But it will be a big plus. Other than that, we can't complain, and this is a great choice for vacationing.
