Pleasant stay, thanks to Mr. Ammar
9.0It's clean and very standard, nice and friendly welcoming reception. Value for money. Had a nice stay but the room was little small. I would not able to check-in but with the support of Mr. Ammar, the operator manager, the check-in went amount. He is a life safer, without his support, I would be stranded. Big thanks to Mr. Ammar
− Asking for deposit upon check-in without any notification or conditions from which was not notified from booking.com although they have said it's there in conditions of the property between the hotel and booking.com. The terms and conditions should be clear by booking.com.
