Very disappointing, a supposedly 4 star hotel that is only worth 2 in my opinion

− Many things didn’t work, it was run down, staff was very unhelpful at reception
Worst hotel I’ve been to.i checked out after one night (of three) and moved to another place. They promissed partial ref
3.0The only good thing I can say was that the location in the centre of Afyon was great.
− Dirty rooms and very dated. I had booked three of them and they were all in a bad state. Broken fixtures and light switches didn’t work. Rooms had been smoked in as well. Towels so worn that they were hanging on by threads. I can forgive lumpy beds and a few things out of place. But dirty rooms is just lack of interest.
