Location was perfect so close to all attractions in Sultanahmet. The hotel room was clean, good facilities, as described and for the price a good stay.

Le Safran (Palace) - Cağaloğlu Hamamı Sk. No:4 -this is the real address !! Excellent location, just 5 minutes from Sultanahmet Square and the T1 tram line. Good breakfast, although it could start at 8 a.m. for guests with a sightseeing schedule. Superb view of the Bosphorus from the terrace. The street is quite quiet. The room is small but sufficient, with new furniture and a comfortable bed. There is also a kettle in the room. The room was warm on cold days! The staff is very kind and helpful. Just let the reception know if you need anything (cleaning, information, etc.) and they will take care of it. We will definitely come back!

Мы остановились в отеле в первой половине апреля. Видимо из-за того что весна 2026 в Стамбуле выдалась прохладной, отопление в номере работало во всю. В комнате было так жарко, что пришлось закрутить вентиль батареи и проветрить комнату ))))) Двухместный номер с одним окном тесноват, но терпимо. Вид из окна был неплох - на крышу старого хамама. Просторная душевая, прям респект. С горячей водой всё отлично в любое время суток. Вытяжка работала. Вода в бачок унитаза иногда начинала поступать только после удара кулаком :)
Уборка каждый день подразумевала очистку пола с помощью пылесоса и всё на этом. Полотенца не меняли, но можно попросить. К слову персонал очень вежливый, спасибо им.
В номере шкаф с плечиками, сейф, работающий мини-холодильник, ТВ без русских каналов, чайник и чашки, пакетированные чай и кофе, полотенце, тапочки, гели/шампуни, фен. Каждый день ставили питьевую воду в запечатанных стаканчиках.
Завтраки обильные и сытные, есть кофе-машина. Из-за погоды наши завтраки были не на террасе, а на цокольном этаже. Яйца/яичница, сосики, картошка фри (через день), огурцы, помидоры, 4 вида сыра, йогурт, салаты, оливки, хлопья, молоко, симиты (!), хлеб, кексы, печеньки, халва, мед, джемы, нутелла, масло.
В отеле есть лифт, что удивительно. 5 этажей по три номера на этаже. Несмотря на центральное расположение, очень тихий, шум не мешал. Даже азан утром не сильно слышно. С меткой на картах, конечно, беда. Мы пришли в Шафран Сюит, нас вежливо проводили в наш Шафран. Метка отеля на букинге указана неверно - надо искать LE SAFRAN PALACE (рядом с Агора лайф отель). Расположение шикарное, если вам нужно исследовать исторический центр. В 5 минутах есть Мигрос при необходимости.
− В ванной не было твердого мыла, а дозатор был сломан (протекал). Не критично, просто неудобно.
Отель не новый, немного уставший ремонт. Постельное белье не идеальное. Подушки на любителя.
