− Más as toalhas estavam húmidas, quase molhadas.

− As informações de localização do mesmo não foram bem escritas. Enviaram a localização como se todas as pessoas que vêm cá residir conhecessem o prédio. Houve problemas com o meu código para obter a chave, não foi o que estava definido no cofre e o pessoal que está a “trabalhar” para esclarecer dúvidas não fui nada profissional, contactei e o mesmo estava numa festa, n foi capaz sequer de ir para um sítio com pouco barulho e resolver a minha questão. Enquanto estava a tentar explicar o que se estava a passar o mesmo interrompia me a meio, atrasou imenso o processo. Só queria chegar e descansar, mas ainda ficamos 1 hora à porta do nosso quarto a tentar resolver um problema que nem sequer deveria de existir. Falta de organização total. Espero que levem esta crítica como uma crítica construtiva, porque é assim que as coisas melhoram.
