− Upon booking, I sent a request for late check out on bookings.com, received an approval response and got told I won’t be charged extra. When I called reception to ask what’s the latest time I can check out, the manager changed the story and said that I would need to be moved to another room and pay R800 per hour. She claimed that the response to my request was for the check in time… There are no extra charges for check in because I selected 2pm which is the standard. This misunderstanding between the hotel and bookings.com inconvenienced me.
