Even if it says confirmed do not trust these people
1.0− Booked months in advance, paid the full amount and when we arrived they didn’t know about our booking. We had to sleep at a different property. Super stressful after travelling 8 hours on the day.
Chaotic!
4.0I didn’t get to experience it.
− I did not actually stay at the facility I was told on arrival that my family will split some will be accommodated there and others at another facility. I refused this and we ended up staying elsewhere.

9.0The place is in town. The linen was fresh. The bed was comfortable, with electric blanket. The rooms have gas heaters ready for the Kokstad cold winter nights. Bathroom have sensors when coming in lights switches on and off when leaving. The host was friendly,welcoming & always available on the phone. The room had bedside lights. I enjoyed my stay
− The place has no signage that I almost got lost. The gate has no intercom so you got to phone when getting there to be opened for. My room had only one light working at the ceiling.
