− Kommunikation mit den Betreuer. Falsche Adresse in der Beschreibung, keine Angabe über die Adresse für die Schlüssel Übergabe. Nach mehrfachen Anfragen keine ausreichende Information weder telefonisch noch per SMS.

6.0De ligging en het comfort.De kamers waren ruim.
− Er waren geen wasmachine en geen wifi aanwezig. De waterkoker lekte, in de lades van de kasten lagen kruimels, de radiator stond op stenen en het matras in de grote kamer was van slechte kwaliteit.
