8.0Είναι φανερό ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει κάνει μια αξιόλογη προσπάθεια και του το αναγνωρίζουμε. Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο προσφέρουν μια όμορφη αίσθηση πολυτέλειας. Ωστόσο, υπάρχει μια έντονη αντίθεση με τον χώρο του σαλονιού. Ο καναπές-κρεβάτι αδικεί την υπόλοιπη προσπάθεια και σίγουρα δεν συμβαδίζει με την τιμή του σπιτιού, ενώ και τα κλινοσκεπάσματά του δυστυχώς χαλούσαν τελείως την τελική εικόνα. Στα υπόψιν επίσης ότι πρόκειται για ισόγειο χώρο. Με μια ανανέωση στο σαλόνι, το κατάλυμα θα είναι εξαιρετικό.
− Το κατάλυμα είναι ισόγειο. Η εικόνα του σαλονιού αδικεί το υπόλοιπο σπίτι, με τον καναπέ-κρεβάτι να μην ανταποκρίνεται καθόλου στην τιμή που πληρώσαμε, ενώ και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα του χαλούσαν τελείως την αισθητική του χώρου.
